The Opportunity
We are looking for an organised and proactive Customer Support Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service experience who enjoys managing multiple tasks, coordinating with different stakeholders and ensuring customers receive a high standard of service.
Working as part of a busy operational team, you will support customer projects from initial enquiry through to completion, helping to ensure information is accurate, deadlines are met and customers remain informed throughout the process.
What You'll Be Doing
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and providing timely, professional responses.
- Coordinating customer projects and requests from initiation through to completion.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure activities are progressed efficiently.
- Monitoring project milestones and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Supporting the management of customer and supplier requirements in line with agreed service levels.
- Assisting with contract renewals, new business requests and general administrative activities.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and escalations.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
We are keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, coordination or support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
- A professional and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently whilst contributing positively to a team environment.
Experience within utilities, construction, infrastructure or a regulated industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.
