As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join our team.

The Role
As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting customers throughout their journey, ensuring requests are managed efficiently and delivering a high standard of service at every stage.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues and help ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries
- Managing customer requests and projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Monitoring service levels and proactively managing customer expectations
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and escalations
- Supporting contract administration, renewals and new business activities
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a customer service, customer support or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A professional and customer-focused approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolution
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience within the utilities, construction, infrastructure or service sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
