Your role...

In your capacity as a Contracts Administrator, you'll serve as a pivotal touchpoint for our customers. You'll handle interactions over phone and email, providing exemplary customer service and facilitating efficient workflow across teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • excelling in problem-solving, navigating unexpected changes seamlessly
  • handling unexpected issues astutely in the company's best interests, even if it means making challenging decisions
  • engaging with disgruntled customers confidently and honestly
  • demonstrating initiative and adhering to internal procedures to ensure job completion in a timely manner and meeting set targets
  • fostering a positive working culture, embodying and promoting our core values

Who we're looking for...

  • prior experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
  • familiarity with handling large volumes of data input
  • robust and confident communication skills, both via phone and email
  • proficiency in problem-solving and taking responsibility for issue resolution
  • impeccable attention to detail, taking pride in delivering a quality service
  • the ability to manage work responsibly in a high-volume and often high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities
  • the ability to identify and suggest improvements as appropriate
