Your role...
In your capacity as a Contracts Administrator, you'll serve as a pivotal touchpoint for our customers. You'll handle interactions over phone and email, providing exemplary customer service and facilitating efficient workflow across teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- excelling in problem-solving, navigating unexpected changes seamlessly
- handling unexpected issues astutely in the company's best interests, even if it means making challenging decisions
- engaging with disgruntled customers confidently and honestly
- demonstrating initiative and adhering to internal procedures to ensure job completion in a timely manner and meeting set targets
- fostering a positive working culture, embodying and promoting our core values
Who we're looking for...
- prior experience in an inbound/outbound call environment
- familiarity with handling large volumes of data input
- robust and confident communication skills, both via phone and email
- proficiency in problem-solving and taking responsibility for issue resolution
- impeccable attention to detail, taking pride in delivering a quality service
- the ability to manage work responsibly in a high-volume and often high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities
- the ability to identify and suggest improvements as appropriate
